These terms apply when you use this website or make a direct reservation with HK Villa’s Sembalun. Booking details shown during checkout and in your confirmation form part of your reservation. Please contact us before paying if anything is unclear.

Reservations and availability

Room availability and prices may change until a booking is confirmed. Enter accurate guest, contact, and stay details. We recheck availability before creating a reservation.

A reservation is confirmed when the booking system records confirmation and you receive the relevant booking details. A payment page or pending payment status alone does not confirm a stay.

Prices and payment

Review the total, selected rooms, dates, extras, and any fees displayed at checkout before paying. Payment is completed through the payment provider’s secure page. Follow the payment instructions and keep your booking reference.

If a payment appears to have succeeded but your booking still shows pending or failed, contact us with your booking reference so we can check it.

Changes, cancellation, and refunds

Any change, cancellation, no-show, or refund request depends on the conditions shown for your reservation and applicable law. Contact us as early as possible with your booking reference. We will review the booking and explain the available options before making a change.

Do not assume a change or refund has been approved until you receive confirmation from us.

During your stay

Guests are responsible for following the property rules provided with their booking or at check-in, respecting other guests and the property, and reporting any issue promptly so our team can help.
